The process takes about 15 to 20 days.
To get your license, you need an affidavit from the city of Spokane or the Spokane County Department of Licensing.
You also need to provide a copy of your lease or deed and pay $50 to $100 to the county for the fee.
You must pay your license fee in cash.
Once you get your licensing, you’ll be able to operate your realty business for up to six months.
You’ll also be required to keep your realtor license and business registration current, which is free.
The county has two licensed realtors, so you can register for both if you want.
If you want to sell real estate but don’t own it, you can still buy it, too.
The process is simple, but it’s not cheap.
You can buy your license online through the Spokane City Clerk’s Office or the county’s website.
The fee is $20, but some people are willing to pay the extra to get it done quickly.

If all else fails, you could use a credit card to buy your licenses online.
You’ll need to pay a $5 processing fee, but the county says you’ll get the money in a few days.
Once you have your licenses, you must pay the license fee at the door.
If you’re not licensed, the county will issue you a commercial license and a commercial realtor registration.
Commercial realtor licenses are for business use only and are issued by the county.
Commercial licenses for non-business uses only.
The license fee for commercial realtoring is $60 for two years and $150 for five years.
Commercial realtorer licenses are issued to commercial real estate professionals who are registered with the county and who are licensed to transact in real estate.
Commercial license holders can get a commercial commercial realestate license from a county realtor who can also be licensed as a realtor.
You don’t have to be licensed to sell your home or office, but to register your business, you will need to get a certificate of occupancy.
To do that, you have to complete the following paperwork:The license is valid for up 20 years, so it’s important to check the expiration date on your realtorship license if you don’t want to renew.
You also need an application fee of $25, plus $5 for filing fees.
If the fee is waived for you, the fee will be waived for up 15 years.
To apply, you mail the completed application to the Spokane city clerk.
The application must include a copy that has been stamped with the license number, your name and business address, your current mailing address, and your current phone number.
You may also include a completed application fee waiver form that you can print out and keep with your business license application.
The license expires in six months from the date of the last renewal of your license.
To renew, you still need to make your payment.
The payment will be processed electronically through the county clerk’s website and mailed to you.
If your license expires within three years, you also have to make a payment.
If your license doesn’t renew, your application is not valid.
But if you lose your business or property and want to change it, the city clerk will renew your license and renew your application.
If the application is approved, the application will be signed and mailed.
The city clerk then takes the license back to the city, where it will be reviewed.
If a license is revoked, you won’t have the right to sell or transact in the property until the expiration of the license.
