A century-old Fort laudenale house on the edge of Fort York is now on the market for $1.6 million.
Owner Peter Osterman says the property, which he bought from the city for $15 million in 2013, is perfect for a condo, with a full-service grocery store, bar, and restaurant.
It’s also on the list of properties for sale in Fort York.
“We have all the features we need in a condo for the price,” Ostermayer told Ars.
“You can have all of the amenities you need in the front, you can have a pool, and the pool is huge, so it’s great for families, too.
It is the perfect place to live.”
The property has been under construction since 2015.
Ostermaher says he wants to complete the project before the end of the year.
He plans to sell the house for $750,000.
