Boone County, Idaho, real estate agents are in talks with an Omaha, Nebraska, realtor about purchasing the land and building an office building on the property.
Boone County real estate agent Brian Sperber told KOMO News in an email that he met with a developer who was interested in buying the land for $5 million and also discussed the possibility of a new office building.
Boones Valley Real Estate has been leasing land on the site for several years.
They are also looking to develop a second office building in the area, he said.
Boies Valley real estate is a subsidiary of the Boies Schiller family, which owns the Boise Broncos and other professional sports teams.
Boys Schiller bought the land on Sept. 12, 2017 for $6.8 million.
