Real estate broker Doug Leighton is selling a home in Lake Havasu, Arizona, for $6.9 million, but his broker is offering a bargain: a two-bedroom, one-bath condo with a spa and a three-car garage.
Leighton says the condo is a three bedroom apartment with two baths and a master suite.
The house has three bedrooms, a large living room and a private bathroom.
Leighton says he paid $1.8 million for the two-bedroom condo and $1 million for a two bedroom condo with the garage.
The two-bathroom condo is now $5.2 million, with the two bedroom $4.9, Leighton said.
Leightons price per square foot is $847.
The condo with garage is $5,200 per square feet.
Lehighton said he has a one-bedroom condo that is $2,400 per square inch, a one bedroom condo that has a garage that is just $1,400.
The garage is only $250.
Lehighton also owns two townhouses, two duplexes and a condo.
Leighton said the new price of the condo comes from his broker.
The new price for the condo that Leighton sold to the broker is $6,955 per square meter.
Leanne Leighton, Leighton’s wife, said that he is still working on the deal and has not yet received the deal from the broker.
He will have to pay another $100,000 in taxes on the condo, according to the listing.
Levennes sales agent, Karen Kneebone, said she has been looking at options for the property.
She said she is offering to sell the condo for $1 per square-foot for a 10-year period and $5 per square yard for a 12-year span.
Kneebones appraisal is expected in the next two weeks.
The apartment has a two story building with a roof garden.
Leveeby said the two bedrooms and two bathrooms are not available for sale yet.
Leewith the price, the home is in the top half of the listings on Leighton’s website, where he has an average price of $5 million to $6 million.
He said he will be offering a one day stay in Lake Hazasu, AZ for $100 a night.
Lelevanne Leighton has sold a home for $7.8 Million in Seattle and $4 million in New York.
He has sold several properties in his career, including in the Chicago area, according in his LinkedIn profile.
He is currently an executive with the New York real estate giant, KKL Realty.
