Real estate agents are preparing to sell a sprawling home in Florida that they say will be home to President Donald Trump for a while.
The property, located on a rural estate, is about 20 minutes from the White House, and the White house is next door.
In a statement on Monday, the Trump Organization confirmed the sale, which would be the first in the state of Florida, as part of a larger project.
The purchase price is about $1.9 million, and according to The Palm Beach Post, the sale will be completed by the end of June.
“The property is currently in the process of being sold,” the statement said.
“We are confident in the work that we have done on this project and are excited to be moving forward with the sale.”
The property is located about 100 miles south of Orlando.
In August, Trump bought a home in South Carolina for $2.3 million.
The president’s home is in Florida, which is part of the nation’s first border state.
Trump bought the house in 2018 for $4.7 million.
But after Hurricane Irma devastated the Florida Keys, which are popular vacation destinations for many Trump voters, he announced in November that he would move to the state.
At the time, the property in South Florida was valued at about $3 million, according to property records.
The Associated Press reported that the sale price for the property was $1 million.
