It’s been an odd year for real estate and it’s all the more surprising that this list is comprised entirely of the worst of the best.
The list is a combination of the top 10 best selling homes in the U.S. each week, with a selection of homes that have sold more than 10 times in the past year.
This is a good place to point out that the rankings are subjective and you might be better off focusing on what is actually available to purchase right now.
And that’s what this is all about.
You’ll want to be ready to take the plunge in real estate this year and if you’re not, there are plenty of places to look for bargains.
