It may be a bit early to say, but we think the real estate industry is in great shape for the next wave of new and talented agents.
In a recent article, The Real Estate Blog noted that in addition to the huge demand for real estate agents in the industry, there is also a significant number of aspiring agents in Canada.
“The number of people who are looking to enter the real property sector has grown exponentially over the last decade and now has more than 1.4 million applicants, with more than 200,000 agents now representing more than $1.6 billion in real estate,” the blog noted.
“The number is also rising in Vancouver, with approximately 7,000 new agents applying for each agent, and Toronto is also seeing more agents.
There are also growing numbers of agents in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York.”
A lot of the new agents are starting their careers in the realtor/agent industry, and are ready to take the next step into the realty industry.
But there are also many more who are taking the opportunity to learn and grow as agents, so it is important that there are agents available to help with their first agent journey.”
“A client is a client, but when you’re working with people who aren’t necessarily your peers, that’s when the real-estate agent has a hard job.””
When I first started working in realty, I had a hard time finding clients, which was probably one of the most challenging aspects of the job,” Kevin told us.
“A client is a client, but when you’re working with people who aren’t necessarily your peers, that’s when the real-estate agent has a hard job.”
There’s so many people who don’t know anyone in the business.
The real estate profession is an incredible and fast-growing business and a lot more agents need to learn to interact with people in the same way. “
In order to grow and become a better agent, I needed to learn how to get along with my colleagues.
The real estate profession is an incredible and fast-growing business and a lot more agents need to learn to interact with people in the same way.
That’s the biggest challenge I faced as an agent.”
As agents, we have to be diligent about our research, which is often a huge part of the agent job.
But sometimes, there’s a client that will be very specific about their needs, so we need to take some time to understand their goals and how we can help them.
The biggest challenge in realtor work is figuring out the best times to meet with clients and what to do when you are on the phone.
I can’t help but notice that many of the agents I’ve worked with have had to do some work to keep up with the demands of the industry and the demand for their services.
“If you look at the average age of agents today, they’re in their mid-20s, with an average salary of $25,000, but it’s a difficult industry to be a realtor,” Kevin said.
“A lot people are living at home and taking care of their families.
It’s very stressful.
You need to be proactive and you need the skills to be able to do that. “
If you’re looking to become a real estate agent, you need to know your clients and know how to work with them.
You need to be proactive and you need the skills to be able to do that.
You also need to find the right agent for the right client.”
The only way you can do that is by having the right person to work for you.”
There are so many new agents, agents who are new to the profession, and agents who have already done their own agent training.
Kevin and I both agreed that we want to help all of these new agents learn and have a better understanding of the realtor business, so they can work with agents who know the real value of their work and are confident they will be a successful agent.
We asked Kevin about some of the biggest challenges agents have in the profession and what they need to do to make their agenting career a successful one.
If you have any questions about real estate and how it affects you, we would love to hear from you.
