On Monday, the Real Estate Institute of America announced that the Real estate license search site had received an influx of more than 8.3 million search queries since its launch on March 7, 2017.
This number is an increase of more over 8.5 million over the previous 24-hour period.
Real estate licensing is a licensing process that allows an applicant to practice the profession in their own home, without having to travel to a different state to practice.
The first step in the process is to register as a real estate licensee.
To register as an individual, applicants must provide their full name, home address, phone number and email address.
They must also provide a copy of their license application.
After the initial application is submitted, the applicant must complete an additional license check.
After completing the additional check, the licensing department sends a final licensing report, which is a copy that can be reviewed by an authorized agent, such as a licensed real estate broker, to confirm a license has been issued.
After this, an applicant may either apply for a renewal of the license, or they may apply for an exemption from licensing requirements.
The exemption allows an individual to continue to practice their home rental practice in their home state.
The Real Estate Licensing Council of Texas, an association representing real estate professionals, estimated that in the last two years, there were over 2.4 million licenses issued in the state.
Licenses issued during that time ranged from $500-$800.
A license renewal may be available for an individual’s current home state, or it may be issued for the future home state of an individual.
The Texas Association of Realtors estimated that more than 4.3 billion real estate licenses were issued during the same time period.
The total number of licenses issued during this time period was 1.3 trillion.
For the first time, the number of states offering real estate licensing has surpassed 2 billion.
As of March 6, 2017, the real estate industry in Texas had more than 3.2 million licensed real property professionals, up from 1.9 million in 2015.
