Real estate broker: ‘I like to get to know my buyer’ The real estate broker, the first to speak to us, was confident that her client would be satisfied with the sale of her property.
“I am a real estate agent and I like to find the buyer,” she said.
“If I am able to get a deal done and it goes through and the buyer does not want to sell, I will be happy with that.”
The broker said she usually has to get “to know” her clients in the market before they are comfortable with a deal.
“A lot of times people will have problems understanding what I am looking for, so I have to be really patient,” she added.

“The market is not as high right now as people have been saying it is, and it’s not bad,” she told us.
“It’s still going up and down a lot, and you can get really good deals out of it.”
She said the “price of land is dropping, so it’s a lot less expensive than it was five years ago.”
